Varietal/Blend: Vespolina (50%), Nebbiolo (30%) and Dolcetto di Boca (20%)

Vineyard Area: From estate vines around the growing area of Traversagna in the Boca appellation

Soil: Acidic soils of volcanic origin that are rocky, featuring lots of pebbles red, pink and orange in hue.

Elevation: 1,500 - 1,600 feet

Exposure: South

Vine Training Method: Guyot

Vinification: Manual harvest and sort with fermentation in stainless steel. Each variety is vinified separately. The maceration period lasts ten days, after which the wine is transferred to large oak barrels where malolactic conversion occurs.

Maturation: 6 months in French oak barrels followed by another 6 months in bottle.

Vinification: Manual harvest and sort, de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel with a 25-day maceration period.

Maturation: At least 18 months in large durmast oak barrels and then another 16 months in bottle before release.
