Red

Varietal/Blend: Grenache (70%), Syrah (20%) and Mourvèdre (10%)

Vineyard Area: A successful union of the “Le Coteau” and “Les Collines” terroirs, from varied soils and orientations in the area of Vinsobres — vines are 20 years old.

Vinification: Picked by hand and machine with sorting at the vine and completely de-stemmed before maceration. Fermentation is carried out in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.

Maturation: Stainless steel aging until bottling the following spring after harvest.

Varietal/Blend: Grenache (60%), Syrah (15%), Carignan (15%) and Mourvèdre (10%)

Vineyard Area: Exclusively from “Le Coteau” (Jaume’s hillside parcels in Vinsobres) — vines are 10 years old

Soil: Sand and silt

Elevation: 300 meters

Vinification: Picked by hand and machine with sorting at the vine. Direct press with fermentation in thermoregulated vat at low temperature.

Maturation: Entirely in stainless steel until bottling in March
