Vineyard Area
A successful union of the “Le Coteau” and “Les Collines” terroirs, from varied soils and orientations in the area of Vinsobres — vines are 20 years old.

Vinification
Picked by hand and machine with sorting at the vine and completely de-stemmed before maceration. Fermentation is carried out in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.

Maturation
Stainless steel aging until bottling the following spring after harvest.
