Vinification: Manual harvest, grapes de-stemmed, gently pressed to stainless steel where the wine rests on its fine lees

Maturation: 6 months in stainless steel

Vine Training Method: Guyot

Vinification: Manually harvested, de-stemmed and pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel (completing malolactic fermentation) and where the wine rests on its fine lees through maturation.
