Vineyard Area: From three distinct parcels in the village of Uchizy — vines are 40 years old on average. The first is situated on a south-facing limestone plateau; the second, on more a clay-rich hillside; the third, from a southeast facing site on a gentle slope.

Soil: Limestone-rich clay

Elevation: 240-310 meters

Exposure: South, southeast

Vinification: Manually harvested and pressed pneumatically, fermentation occurs in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts.

Maturation: 5-7 months in stainless steel vats
