Soil: Clay-limestone

Vinification: Grapes are machine-harvested as well as hand-harvested before a sort and gentle press where the juice ferments in stainless and oak barrels.

Maturation: 50% in stainless steel tank and 50% in 228-liter oak barrels of one to three previous wines
