Varietal/Blend: Grenache blanc and Macabeu

Vineyard Area: The blend is drawn from various sites consisting of young to old vines around the villages of Latour-de-France and Montner. The area is situated on the northern slopes of the Força Real mountain in the southern Roussillon near the Spanish border—yields are about 40 hL/ha.

Soil: Red clay with many rounded stones

Vinification: Manual harvest with varying amounts of whole-cluster inclusion in the fermentation which occurs in stainless steel.

Maturation: 6 months in stainless steel

Vineyard Area: The blend is drawn from various sites consisting of young to old vines around the villages of Latour-de-France and Montner. The area is situated on the northern slopes of the Força Real mountain in the southern Roussillon near the Spanish border—yields are about 30 hL/ha.

Soil: Red clay with many rounded stones

Vinification: Stainless steel vinification and maturation with some whole-cluster inclusion depending on the vintage.

Maturation: 6 months in stainless steel
